TJ Global Consulting, LLC provides assistance to companies in three primary areas: Operational Optimization & Cost Reduction; Project & Product Management; Strategy Development & Implementation.
Founder and Principal
Tige is an accomplished executive leader with unique expertise globalizing business strategy, implementation and rapidly expanding operations in multiple international markets. He has a solid track record in operational leadership, project / product management in addition to the development and implementation of business growth strategies.
Tige’s successes are highlighted throughout his multi-disciplined background. Throughout his 20+ year career in manufacturing and international business he has held positions from shift supervisor up to the Executive Director, Manufacturing and Fixed Assets for 30 facilities across North America. In addition to his extensive manufacturing background, Tige has held leadership positions in supply chain, logistics, marketing and product management and international operations.
Tige is best know for his pragmatic approach to problem solving and developing solutions which are straightforward and achieve world class results. He has enhanced safety performance, improved quality, increased productivity and saved companies millions of dollars annually.
Tige graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering and was Commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the US Army in the Field Artillery. After leaving the Army, Tige has worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies. He has an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University. Tige is also a Certified Lean/Six Sigma Master Blackbelt.
